NOTICE OF CASUAL VACANCY
(Local Government Act 1972 Section 87(2)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Yvonne Sheldon, a member of the above Parish Council has indicated that she will be standing down and that a vacancy will then exist in the office of
Councillor for said Parish.
An election will be held to fill the vacancy if so requested by TEN local government electors for the parish. Such request must be in writing and must be delivered to the Returning Officer, District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, WS13 6YU within fourteen days from the date of this notice (calculated in accordance with the Local Elections (Parish and Communities) Rules 1986 (as amended).
If no election is requested the vacancy will be filled by the Parish Council in accordance with the said Rules.
