Planning application for 70 homes in Kings Bromley

Lichfield District Council’s planning committee will make a decision on a planning application for 70 dwellings at the Council’s Planning Committee on 13 April 2026, commencing at 6.00pm.

The proposed development is on land between 39 – 55 Lichfield Road, Kings Bromley.

The Parish Council has already raised objections to this application and will be speaking at the meeting.

This meeting will be held at the District Council Offices. Only pre-agreed speakers will be able to speak at the meeting in addition to Members of the Planning Committee and relevant Officers.
